I’ve spent the past twenty years leading fundraising teams, shaping brand strategy, and building operational systems that serve both people and performance. I’ve worked in public media, higher education, healthcare, and the wellness world. I’ve coached brilliant leaders through burnout, worked shoulder-to-shoulder with visionary founders, and helped creative teams find clarity in the middle of big, messy, beautiful transitions.
But this next chapter? This one is more personal.
This is the space I didn’t even know I was craving—until I started writing. A place to reflect on leadership, change, identity, and reinvention. A place for nuance, for strategy with soul. A place to be at work in the best possible sense.

Why Now?
Over the last few years, I’ve moved through my own transformation—stepping away from a full-time executive role, becoming a certified mental health coach, launching a small business, and beginning graduate study in psychology to deepen my understanding of sustainable leadership.
What I’ve come to believe is this: reinvention is not chaos.
With the right structure, strategy, and care, change can become continuity—of self, of story, and of vision.
